More facepaint!

Over the weekend I decided to do more face paint. I am planning on writing about a visit to the Uni in my next post, so keep an eye out.
There will be more analysis in my sketchbook on these face paints, but I thought I'd still put them up here.
The first was a skeleton. Keeping with the idea of what is underneath the mask we put on.

Big mouth. I was going more for a demon/ scary paint this time. I wanted to get a demon look for the demon that sleeps in all of us. I realise that as I type this I sound really pretentious, I dont mean to.

Lastly, mouth sewn shut. I tried to get this as realistic as possible. I feel that at times (mostly manic) I really need to learn to keep my gob shut. This was a harder one to get right- my face isnt long enough for more stitching (if i added another it would look too bunched up and crowded)

So I've had a busy weekend. I think I'm going to do a couple more face paints and then stop as I feel they wont be part of my final outcomes.
